The Web page was easy to navigate, the pictures represented the apartments well, the information was accurate and the map feature showed the location of the various apartments I looked at before making a choice. Clara got back to me within 12 hours of my request with information about the apartment I chose and with recommendations of other apartments to consider. Since then I have used My Space BA to book apartments for my daughter, recommended it to a friend who also booked an apartment and is very happy and recommended it for use by the student exchange study program that my daughter is a part of.

The apartment was great, on the boarder of Palermo Hollywood and Colegiales and we arrived late afternoon. It wasn't until the next we realised there was building work across the road & in the building arround the back. Now I'm well travelled and I understand that this happens and buiding work by it's nature is unpredicable. So my advise is not to asume you are being ripped off, contact the agent and tell them if thats a problem for you (which it was for my wife and me). Tell them you want to be moved or relocated etc. Its all about people and wanting to earn a living whilst doing a good job. This is what we did. The agent here was concerned about the noisy building work near our apartment we had rented from them, very helpful, answer all emails and phone calls, then did all they could to make us happy. They didn't have any other alternatives on their books so found another place for us that fitted our requirements with another agent and gave us a lift with all our luggage to the new apartment, gave back all moneys minus the three days we was here looking at the alternatives.. what more could we ask for. Speaking of service, John and Clara Boyle from MY SPACE BA could not have been more helpful . On day two I got confused with adjusting the AC with the remote . One phone call to John and he was over in a heartbeat and explained it to me again . On the last day I carelessly forgot to pack a rather pricey leather bag I bought for a friend . One email to John, he went back to the apartment, retrieved the bag , packed it and shipped it . I shall be forever thankful . It was a pleasure doing business with them . |

We rented an apartment from My Space BA and I highly suggest all future travelers use this site. At first we were a little nervous about sending the deposit via Western Union and having to pay cash on our arrival (being used to ATM, we felt uneasy traveling with so much cash). However in the end it worked out beautifully. The apartment was everything that was advertised. It had every possible utensil needed. There were multiple sheets, pillows, and blankets. Enough for us to change the sheets multiple times during our stay. There was also a blow dryer. The location was amazing AND it was one of the cheapest apartments available we could find (we saved quite a small bundle by using this site). The staff (Clara and husband) were friendly and professional. They met us at the required times both during the check in and checking out process. During our stay we had a couple of questions and they returned our class immediately. So in the end two thumbs up and kudos to My Space BA. |
